CaP A2Z advanced

You can cut and paste either but in the long run the Alphabet with the numbers and letters may be best, because the big signs like road signs help you reach the general area fast and then the numbers are base ten and fast to count, but more important, they're numbers so you can see them among so many letters in order by number of what you've Cut and Pasted. Once you make a ToolBox, to make another with another ABC you have to start all over, this is why it's of worth to choose the Toolbox with a good bit of savvy. The maximum document size in Windows XP seems to limit how much to save. If you estimate your Tool Box to be more than perhaps 50 pages (about 100 Kilobytes), say for complex health issues or other complex problem solving, I recommend dividing up your Tool Box into say 15 one for most of the A to Z and just one for like WXYZ too, with about 20 TB's, save these to your desktop, and always copy the same copy in My Documents each time you use it (you have two copys). A good font for the letters is Impact, the largest for the letters (72) and one font lower for the sub letter and number combinations. The Humor machine link above will show you how to convert the numbers to letters (great for many uses, math, memory, music, languages, creativity!) Then you can CAP the second Toolbox with both numbers and letters to your word processing program, this is the more advanced method, a good bit or perhaps 33% better for more complex toolboxes (like for health) or larger toolboxes of other types. Be sure to multiply up the font to large size (this site has limits about this somewhat.) With giant letters you find your info fast if most of what you copy from the web is usual size, you can make your memos of moderrate small size and the letters and numbers large so it's always easy to flip through the Tool Box fast to find your memo.
